Years of collaboration, based on setting a digital strategy, producing original photography, managing social media across three markets, and providing comprehensive brand support, require far more than dedication – they demand creativity within defined frameworks, committed work, and a team of strategists, copywriters, web and motion designers, as well as specialists in digital advertising, social media, and influencer marketing.

Operating a single brand across multiple geographically connected markets doesn’t just mean adapting the language of the social media content. Therefore, when creating the digital strategy, we began with the brand’s communication platform, persevered with an omnichannel approach, with the goal of delivering a seamless consumer experience at every touchpoint and ensuring successful value exchange with the audience.

A creative approach to client requirements and value exchange makes the production of unique content inevitable. From planning moodboards, selecting locations, models, and set design, to final retouching of original photography, month after month, the content communicates the brand’s vision, values, and platform to social media users.

The educational campaign Rights of the Heart (Prava srca), which raises awareness about heart health while positioning Mg Mivela not only as a declarative but also a practical ambassador for heart care, involved creating and communicating the Heart Rights Charter across multiple fronts: original and interactive content for social media and the website, influencer marketing, YouTube, and Google campaigns.

By executing these activities, measuring results, reporting, and following up, we successfully engaged the target audience on digital channels in forming the Heart Rights Charter, giving them the opportunity to see themselves as agents of better heart health awareness.
