HR Campaign

A Nationwide Breakthrough

Challenges in the labor market have not spared even the largest companies. A campaign to hire 500 people for long-standing shortage positions had to draw attention with a unique concept, to break away from rigid corporate communication, and create a new relationship with employees.

At the same time, ensuring the concept’s adaptability across diverse communication channels – from public transport vehicles to TV commercials – required a completely new approach and readiness to act swiftly.
